About the Culture and Volunteer Association – Umm el-Fahm The Association, established in 1993, strives to encourage volunteerism in various fields. At present, the Association has succeeded in running the “Life Center,” which offers medical health services to people in need, and a nursery and kindergarten. Goals Servicing our people with the spirit of volunteerism, on two levels: health and medicine & education and culture Main Activities Running the “Life Center,” in Umm el-Fahm, with ten volunteers and five staff members, doctors, nurses and health professionals; Running the “Hadaf Center,” – the nursery and the kindergarten.
